Simple recipes

As someone who doesn't particularly enjoy cooking, it's always a struggle to have a nutritious diet and not rely on takeouts. If you are like me, you may enjoy the list of simple recipes I usually use.

Until the recipe says otherwise, all proportions generally are enough for two, three days for one person.

I am also one of those annoying people who own an air fryer, so some recipes mention them. I am sure you can achieve the same result with a regular oven, just adjust the cooking time (air fryers tend to be faster, so keep that in mind).
